Dnipropetrovsk State Medical University

Dnipropetrovsk State Medical Academy (DSMA) has been honoured with the 4th level of accreditation, and is amongst one of the oldest institutes in Ukraine. DSMA was established in the year 1916, with the status of a State Academy conferred on the University in the year 1920.

Dnipropetrovsk State Medical Academy is located in the area of Dnieper, which is hone of the biggest and most prominent industrial areas of Ukraine. DSMA has more than 2000 beds, and has 7 Hostels, which house both National & International students.

The University is recognized by the Medical Council of India, World Health Organisation, UNESCO, European Council. The medium of instruction is completely English, and the university has the following Faculty – Pediatrics, Dentistry, General Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Post Graduation, Management of Public Health, Preparatory faculty for Foreign Citizens.

The University’s campus has a sanatorium, sports complex, a techno centre, academic library, vivarium, two museums and sports camp, with the management of the academy paying due attention to the all round development of the students

It is compulsory to clear NEET entrance test to get admission in the Dnipropetrovsk State Medical Academy. Basic eligibility is 10+2 passed with PCB. Course duration is 6 years with internship. Climate of Dnipropetrovsk is moderate which is suitable for everyone, with ample availability of Veg as well as Non Veg food.
